About Royal Group
The Royal Group of Cambodia is the Kingdom's most trusted and longest-established private conglomerate — founded in 1989 by Neak Oknha Kith Meng, incorporated in Cambodia in 1991, and now operating 40+ companies across telecom, banking, media, aviation, education, hospitality, SEZ, and real estate. Kith Meng is a dual Cambodian-Australian national, University of Canberra graduate, and President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce.
Royal Group's real estate arm, Northbridge Development Company (CEO Raymond Yager), developed Northbridge Communities — Phnom Penh's most recognised premium international community on Street 2004 in Sen Sok. The masterplan includes luxury single-family and twin villas, North Park Condominium (3 towers, 278 units), Northbridge International School Cambodia (Nord Anglia Education partnership), and North Café.
In partnership with Singapore's SGX-listed Hong Lai Huat Group, Royal Group developed Royal Platinum Condominium — a landmark 30-floor, X-shaped dual-tower in Toul Kork (851 units + 50 shophouses) designed by Singapore's centennial firm Swan & Maclaren. Completed in 2024 with Hard Title and foreign buyer eligibility.
