About OCIC
Founded on 31 March 2000 by Neak Oknha Dr. Pung Kheav Se, OCIC is the non-financial real estate and investment arm of Canadia Group — one of Cambodia's largest family-owned conglomerates. Its first major projects were Sorya Center Point (Phnom Penh's first modern mall) and Canadia Tower (Cambodia's first skyscraper). In 2006, OCIC launched Koh Pich (Diamond Island) — Phnom Penh's first satellite city. Over 25 years it has expanded into satellite cities, condominiums, an international airport, hospitals, schools and industrial parks, becoming Cambodia's largest developer by investment capital. In 2025, OCIC celebrated its 25th anniversary alongside the inauguration of the $2.3B Techo International Airport.
