Note on the Time Square Series Numbering

The Time Square series numbering jumps from Time Square 3 to Time Square 5 (also marketed as Time Square 306) — number 4 is not publicly used, in line with regional convention. This is a branding choice, not a missing or failed project. Megakim's confirmed portfolio runs Time Square 1 through 11.

Time Square 12 — Unconfirmed

Time Square 12 (rumoured Sihanoukville coastal project, anticipated May–June 2026) is pre-announcement only and not officially confirmed as of June 2026.
