Creed Asia (Cambodia) Co., Ltd is the Cambodia operating entity of Japan's Creed Group, founded in 1996 by Muneyoshi Toshihiko with the mission of bringing 'Japan Quality to emerging nations in Asia.' After nearly 14 years building expertise in Japan's mature real estate market, Creed entered Cambodia in 2012 — one of its first two international markets (alongside Myanmar) — and established Creed Asia (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.

Creed pioneered Japanese construction standards in Phnom Penh across three completed residential projects: Borey Maha Sensok (2017) — Cambodia's first and largest Japanese-style borey at 683+ units on 11.4 ha; Bodaiju Residences (handed over January 2020) — a 928-unit, 14-floor condominium on the Phnom Penh Airport corridor; and ARATA Garden Residences (completed 2021) — a 737-unit, 7-hectare landscaped borey designed by Harvard-educated Japanese architect Hisaya Sugiyama, which won Best Housing Architectural Design at the PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards 2018.
