The JV brings together National 6A Investment Co., Ltd. (Malaysian, led by Mr. Kam Chin Seng — developer of Galaxy Residence and The 240 Phnom Penh), Sun & Moon Group (Cambodia, founded by Neak Oknha Dr. Chear Ratana, former Director of Union Commercial Bank and a hotel developer), and Saturn Investment Co., Ltd. (Chinese-owned fund, led by Mr. Zhang Liqu). The three partners coined the project's guiding philosophy — "Homespitality" — combining home comfort with hospitality-grade services.
Designed by Tings & Associates, construction commenced in 2018 and the 25-storey tower opened from 2021 (residential completion confirmed 2022). The building operates simultaneously as a 4-star hotel ("The Peninsula Phnom Penh", 100 rooms) and a private freehold strata-title condo (161 residential units plus 3 retail units), with owner-investors able to join a hotel-managed rental pool. Amenities include a rooftop infinity pool, the Panorama Sky Bar, a fitness centre, co-working lab, automated multi-level parking, and a ground-floor Maison Kayser artisanal French bakery.
The project is 95% sold with a confirmed 74% hotel occupancy rate (Dabest Properties, May 2025) and was Highly Commended for Best Condo Development (Cambodia) at the PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards 2019.
