Borey The Flora is the flagship project and primary brand of The Flora Group (developer entity: 200 HT Property) — a Cambodian real estate company led by CEO Oknha Lim Kok Loong. Previously known as Borey Ataingmeas, the developer rebranded to "The Flora" — a name inspired by its core philosophy: quality and nature.
The flagship Borey The Flora project spans 135 hectares along National Road 6A in Sangkat Bak Khaeng, Khan Chroy Changvar. Launched in 2015 and completed in 2021, it delivered 700+ homes at a total investment of approximately USD 200 million. All homes carry Hard Title.
Building on this track record, The Flora Group expanded into vertical living with The Flora Suites — a landmark 38-storey, 136-metre condominium in BKK1 (the tallest building in the district). In November 2024, the Group broke ground on Mercure Hotel Phnom Penh (Accor Group, 200 rooms, 36 floors) adjacent to The Flora Suites — the first Accor-branded hotel partnership by a Cambodian borey developer in BKK1.
