Le Condé 2, a 60-storey, 398-unit BKK1 tower, was officially unveiled in early 2026 and is in active pre-sale. Indicative pricing starts from around $121,000 ($2,424–$3,500/sqm per third-party agents), but final unit pricing, the Guaranteed Rental Return offer and the handover timeline have not yet been officially confirmed by the developer. Treat all Le Condé 2 figures as indicative until official release.
Note on corporate transparency
There is no standalone corporate developer website (leconde.com is the Le Condé BKK1 project site), no founder or named CEO confirmed in public sources, and the China-side parent-company structure is not publicly confirmed. Both confirmed Cambodia projects are concentrated in BKK1. None of this affects the completed Le Condé BKK1 product, but buyers should weigh the corporate-opacity and single-district concentration when assessing the developer.
Wang Fu Guo Ji Property Development Co., Ltd. (also known as Wangfu Guoji / Wangfu International Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.) is a Beijing-origin Chinese real estate developer that describes itself as "one of the pioneer developers of Chinese capital entering the international real estate development field." It entered Cambodia as part of a strategic expansion into Southeast Asia, focusing exclusively on luxury and upper-mid condominium development in Phnom Penh's most prestigious residential district, BKK1.
Its flagship project, Le Condé BKK1, was launched circa 2020 with investment from Beijing Zhongguancun Construction Co., Ltd. and construction by Sichuan Huaxi Group Co., Ltd. — a six-time winner of the Luban Award, China's highest construction honour. The tower broke ground in July 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, reached the BKK1 tallest-residential-tower milestone at 145 metres and 43 floors, topped out in October 2023, and began handover in March 2025. Le Condé BKK1 is Cambodia's first fully integrated Xiaomi smart home condominium and is managed by HopeTree Japan under a five-star concierge model. By May 2025, 90% of its 1,080 units were sold.
The project swept the Cambodia Real Estate Awards 2023 — winning Condominium Development of the Year, Condominium Developer of the Year, and Premium Condominium of the Year — and won Best Serviced Apartment Development at the 5th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards 2020. It carries a Royal Brand Ambassador endorsement from H.R.H. Princess Norodom Soriya.
