Borey Lim Chheanghak (LCH) began as a construction company in 1990, making it one of Phnom Penh's older local borey brands. The brand works closely with Kadawin Development Co., Ltd. (KDW) — established in 2012 and authorized to build under the LCH brand — to deliver projects across at least eight economic zones, including Chaom Chau, Stueng Meanchey, Chomkardong, Pochentong, Russey Keo, Odem, Borey Keila and Czech Cho Market.
